If you have never been to Karate before, you might prefer to come along and just watch a couple of lessons.  
Talk to myself and my senior instructors and the other students who are training, that's the best way to decide 
if you'd like to try KYOKUSHIN.

When you come for your first lesson, wear suitable loose clothing. 
We begin with warm up exercises, and then every lesson is different!
 
Kihon - Karate technique from the KYOKUSHIN syllabus
Exercises, and bag-work to build strength and balance
Self-defence, awareness and self-confidence training
Kata - formal physical training and safety exercises
Kumite (sparring) - this is non-contact to begin with
All students are taught how to breathe properly and use their voices
Knockdown - Full on Kumite only for our  advanced or strong adult students
